What is Leo Innovate

LEO Innovate is a comprehensive salon management tool designed to help business owners automate bookings, manage staff schedules, and sync appointments directly with Google Calendar for seamless organization.

What you can do with Leo Innovate

With Leo Innovate, you can:

• Manage appointments, services, providers, and business locations
• View customer profiles, visit history, and upcoming visits
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow up messages
• Track account activity and payments (if enabled)
• Review business performance reports

Why we request Google account access

If you choose to connect your Google account, Leo Salon Software requests limited access to Google data only to provide the specific Google connected features you enable. We do not sell your data.

Depending on what features you turn on, we may request access to:

• Google Calendar: to create and sync appointments and help prevent double booking
• Gmail: to support email communication workflows you enable (for example sending appointment emails from your connected account)
• Google Contacts: to help import or match customer contact information when you choose to sync contacts

Leo Salon Software is a scheduling and client management platform for beauty and wellness businesses. It helps teams manage appointments, customers, staff schedules, and client communications from one dashboard.

What the app does:

• Manage appointments, services, providers, and business locations

• Send appointment confirmations and reminders (email and SMS if enabled)

• Track activity, reporting, and performance insights

Why we request Google access (only list what you actually use):

• Google Calendar: create and sync appointments to prevent double booking

• Google Contacts: import or match customer contact information (if enabled)

User control:
You can disconnect Google access anytime in Leo Salon Software settings. Disconnecting stops syncing and disables Google connected features.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to:

• Deliver the Google connected features you requested
• Keep syncing accurate (for example, maintaining correct appointment schedules)
• Provide troubleshooting and support when you request assistance

We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the enabled feature (for example, creating a calendar event through Google Calendar).

Your control

You can disconnect Google access at any time inside Leo Innovate App settings. You can also remove Leo  Innovate App access from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops syncing and any related Google connected features.
