Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy (this “Cookie Policy”) explains how LEO CRM, Inc., doing business as Leo Innovate (“Leo Innovate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and our affiliates use cookies and similar technologies on our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read this alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally, and our Text Message Policy and User Agreement.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. We also use similar technologies, including:

  • Pixels and web beacons: tiny, usually invisible objects embedded in a page or email that let us know when content has been viewed or a link clicked, for example to measure email open rates and campaign performance.
  • Software development kits (SDKs) and mobile identifiers: used in our mobile apps to remember settings and measure usage.
  • Local storage: small amounts of data stored in your browser or app to support functionality.

In this policy we refer to all of these as “cookies” for simplicity. We do not use Adobe Flash Local Shared Objects.

2. Categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into four categories.

CategoryWhat it doesTypical durationConsent needed?
Strictly necessaryEnables core functions such as security, load balancing, session management, live chat, and remembering your client ID. The Services will not work properly without these.Session to about 12 monthsNo. Always active.
FunctionalRemembers your preferences, such as language and display settings, to personalize your experience.Session to about 12 monthsYes, where required by law.
Analytics and performanceCounts visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the Services and our marketing.Up to about 24 monthsYes, where required by law.
Advertising and targetingSet by us and our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on our Services and elsewhere.Up to about 13 monthsYes, where required by law.

Durations above are typical ranges. Individual cookies within a category may vary, and third party cookies are governed by their providers. You can view and clear the exact cookies stored on your device at any time through your browser settings (see Section 6).

3. Analytics providers

We use third party analytics partners, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Services are used. These partners use cookies to collect information such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, operating system, timestamp, and clickstream data. You can learn about Google’s practices at policies.google.com/privacy/partners and opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. A full list of our third party partners appears in our Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising and interest-based ads

We and our advertising partners may use cookies and pixels to show you ads based on your interests, both on our Services and on other sites and apps, and to measure ad performance. To opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies, visit:

These opt-outs are cookie based, so you will need to opt out again if you clear cookies or switch browsers or devices. Opting out does not stop all ads; you may still see non-targeted ads.

Mobile advertising identifiers: On Apple devices, go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track.” On Android, go to Settings, Privacy, Ads, and delete or reset your advertising ID.

5. Location data

Some features use your device’s location (from GPS, cell tower, or WiFi signals) to provide location-based content. You can disable this in your device or browser settings, for example by turning off Location Services for the Leo Innovate app in your device privacy settings. Precise geolocation is treated as sensitive personal information under some laws; see Section 8.

6. How to manage cookies

You control cookies in several ways:

  • Our cookie banner and preferences center. When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page.
  • Your browser. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. See allaboutcookies.org for browser-specific instructions.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Services to stop working.

7. Your choices under EU, UK, and EEA law (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we place non-essential cookies (functional, analytics, and advertising) only after you give consent through our banner. Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. You can withdraw consent at any time through our preferences center, and withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.

8. Your choices under US state privacy laws

California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA). Using advertising and analytics cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. California residents can:

  • Opt out of sale and sharing by using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer, and we honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, including precise geolocation, through our “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.

We do not require you to verify your identity to submit an opt-out of sale or sharing.

Children. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 without opt-in consent, and for consumers under 13 we require verifiable parental consent.

Other US states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. You can exercise these rights using the same footer links and GPC recognition described above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will take effect when the revised policy is posted.
