Opt-In and Express Consent Policy

This SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions policy (the “Policy”) explains how LEO CRM, Inc. (d/b/a Leo Innovate) (“Leo Innovate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends text (SMS/MMS) messages, and the terms you agree to when you opt in to receive them. We send messages through the Twilio messaging platform. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to this Policy.

1. Program Name and Description

Program name: Leo Innovate. We send the following categories of messages:

• Account and service alerts, security notifications, and other transactional messages related to your Leo Innovate account.
• Appointment reminders, confirmations, and customer-support follow-ups.
• Promotional and marketing messages about products, features, and offers, only if you separately opt in to marketing.

Transactional and marketing messages may be operated as separate programs. Consent to one is not consent to the other.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide express consent to receive text messages from us through one or more of the following methods:

• Entering your mobile number and checking a clearly labeled consent box on our website or during account signup.
• Texting a designated keyword to our messaging number.
• For transactional and service messages only: verbally confirming consent during a recorded call, or providing your number when requesting a service that requires text communication. Marketing messages require a written opt-in (a checked consent box or keyword reply); verbal consent alone is not used to enroll you in marketing.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to buy or use any Leo Innovate product or service. Certain transactional messages may be necessary to deliver the service you request.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you have opted into.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier for messages we send to you or you send to us.

5. How to Get Help (HELP)

For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at [email protected]. Replying HELP returns our contact information and support details.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. We will send one final confirmation, and then stop sending messages from that program. You may also opt out by any other reasonable method, including a plain-language request such as “please opt me out” or by contacting us directly.

Revoking consent for one type of message applies across all automated marketing calls and texts we send you, consistent with applicable FCC rules. To resume messages after opting out, opt in again using any method in Section 2.

7. Your Privacy and No Sharing of Mobile Data

No mobile information (including your phone number and opt-in data) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share information only with subprocessors that help us deliver our messaging service (such as Twilio), or as required by law. 8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to opt in.

9. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

10. Messages Sent Through the Leo Innovate Platform by Our Customers

Leo Innovate is a platform that also enables our business customers (for example, salons, barbershops, and spas) to send messages to their own clients. When a business uses our platform to message its clients, that business is responsible for obtaining consent from its clients and for its own message content, and is the sender of those messages. Such use is governed by our User Agreement: https://leoinnovate.com/user-agreement/ This Policy governs messages you receive directly from Leo Innovate about your own Leo Innovate account.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal and carrier requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
